Red Sucker Lake Nursing Station​​

Red Sucker Lake First Nation, Manitoba 

 

The Red Sucker Lake Nursing Station Project involved the design and construction of a new nursing station for Red Sucker Lake First Nation.

 

The one storey nursing station contains multiple departments to meet all the requirements of the community, including Emergency, Dental, Home and Community Care, Drug and Alcohol Abuse Programs and multi-purpose spaces. The building provides the facilities for both medical and traditional healing for the community members. This project consisted of a complex design program in a compact timeframe to meet the deadline of winter road restrictions.  

 

The project is currently under construction and is proceeding within budget and schedule expectations.
