GW Architecture is proud to complete a new facility for Razir Transport Services in Oak Bluff Manitoba in the RM of Macdonald, just seven kilometres southwest of Winnipeg. Razir Transport Services Ltd. is a Winnipeg based company specializing in transporting temperature controlled and time sensitive freight through Canada and the United States.

Since 2006, Razir Transport has become a trusted resource in the food and beverage industry and required a new facility to accommodate for their growth. This new facility includes an office building as well as a repair garage and wash bay.

The use of Insulated Metal Panels (IMP) on the building’s exterior sped up the construction process and provided a sealed wall insulated system. Another key feature are the demountable partitions used in the design of the office. The demountable wall system provides the ability for future modification with ease. Throughout the interior and exterior, accents of colour were selected to align with Razir Transport’s brand image while also maintaining a quality aesthetic.
