MNP Timmins

Corporate Office Renovation; Timmins, Ontario

 

Our project with MNP in Timmins, Ontario included a complete tenant fit-up of an existing commercial retail space to accommodate MNP's local offices. GW Architecture Inc. worked closely with MNP's Director of Real Estate, their local executives and the building owner to develop a plan and schedule to meet the project objectives within the existing 16,000 sq.ft. office area.

Due to a compressed schedule, our team quickly developed a solution utilizing DIRTT wall systems that fulfilled MNP's vision of the space, while accommodating 47 workstations, 29 offices, 5 meeting/boardrooms, a training room and team/lunch room. The project team collaborated to create the most efficient use of the available space, maintaining their sharp corporate image. The materials and finishes selected for this project kept the space professional with splashes of colour.

GW Architecture Inc. worked closely with Matheson Construction, as a construction manager, to ensure that the project was complete before tax season commenced. The project benefited from close communication between all parties and weekly construction meetings to ensure distance and time-frame did not impact the overall project outcome.
