MNP Grand Prairie

Corporate Office Renovation; Grand Prairie, Alberta

 

Our project with MNP in Grand Prairie, Alberta included the renovation of three floors in a corporate office building. GW Architecture Inc. worked closely with MNP and their project managers to define a functional program, meeting objectives and overall vision, resulting in a functional and aesthetically pleasing work space.

This project was phased to accommodate the existing staff, with the construction of each floor occurring sequentially. Two floors included office space and kitchenettes, while the third floor welcomed MNP's clients with a grand reception and various boardrooms. This floor included a large kitchen area for staff meals and team building. Our interiors department worked with the local executive to select sharp finishes that complimented the local culture.

 

The layout included DIRTT wall systems on each floor, allowing for future adaptions to the space with minimal cost impacts. Communication and data systems are integrated within DIRTT Walls without affecting the aesthetic of the space. The result is a clean, cost effective and sustainable office solution.
