Kitchen + Bar; Brandon, Manitoba 

 

The owner group of Blu Restaurant envisioned a modern, fine dining experience in Brandon, Manitoba. GW Architecture Inc collaborated with the owner’s team to produce a concept that was elegant and functional for employees and guests.

The restaurant included a lounge and a family friendly dining area. The interior reflected high end finishes that were achieved within a moderate budget due to the knowledge and expertise of the client and project design team.

This project was the perfect example of the Integrated Design Process with the owner, designers, stakeholders and contractor working together to meet the owners objectives.
