421 McDermot Avenue

​​The three story commercial property at 421 McDermot Avenue was purchased and renovated by Brian Wall, of GW Architecture Inc. This historic building constructed in 1895 was falling into disrepair when our team took over and re-purposed it.

 

The adaptive re-design of this building's space allowed for commercial office space on the main floor and large (2,500 sq.ft.) condo lofts on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Our design objective was to emphasize the existing elements of the building, creating a true loft-warehouse design experience. 

 

A perfect example of “Architectural Parlez” (Architecture speaking for itself), we take credit only for revealing what was covered up for nearly a century.
